In my work as an eco art therapist, storyteller and creative facilitator, I meet lots of people who report feeling disconnected from the natural rhythms of life.

With this in mind, I have prepared this little ebook as a guide of some of the creative activities I have facilitated over the years.

My hope is that it will somehow help you to feel more grounded and aligned with the cycles of nature and inspire a sense of well being and belonging to the web of life in this beautiful planet we share.
